Congratulations Wayne, It was an absolute joy to see your video tests! The improvements and corrections you exhibited during the testing procedure will be a model to many in the Distance Learning Program or the Guru Certification Course who follow you! I don't recall exactly when you began, but I know that it was many years ago when the program was in its infancy. The dedication, perseverance and hard training that you have invested is glaringly obvious. Your teaching style and the respect and consideration you have for your students rises to the standards I have set for those I promote to Guru Muda and beyond. Your performance speaks volumes regarding your committment to constant training and also rises to the standards I have set for advancement to Guru Muda.
