Nice to see/hear from the “Old Monk” again. Question about the breathing. Is this the recommended breathing with these exercises or can you use Buddhist breathing (belly breathing)?
When I asked Pak Steve the same question year ago, he said, “Just breathe. Try different methods. But breathe.”
I personally have found both Buddhist and Taoist methods integrate organically with KTS. And contrary to other information I’ve been shown before, changing between the breathing techniques did not significantly change the power of my techniques.
I do find different breathing methods have different effects as far as meditation, but that’s a much longer conversation…
