I want to spend some time training and visiting with my KunTao Silat Family! This coming April will mark eight years that I have been away from civilization. It has been a most enjoyable experience, but now I’m close enough to a town to enjoy guests. The first People I’d like to see are those of you in the Guru Certification Course or the Distance Learning Program. . . especially the PracticeLeaders. Because it is they who are doing the ‘hands-on’ teaching and guiding of their friends and families in their local communities and it is important that their questions concerning KTS are properly addressed; and often, in person is the best way.

This part of New Mexico is over a mile in altitude and gets a little cold at night in the Winter and does snow occasionally; but the rest of the year is mild, mostly sunny and very comfortable. There are only a couple of stop signs and no traffic lights in the entire county. About ten folks is all the local businesses can comfortably handle except during hunting season, when it is difficult to find a place to lodge at all.
