Testing Resumes

Greetings to everyone in KTS,

With Pak Steve’s release this weekend we will be resuming online testing.  However, to streamline the online testing process for everyone in the Distance Learning Program and the Guru Certification Course tests will now be conducted via live video conference using FreeConferenceCall.com, FaceTime, or FaceBook Messenger.

If you are wanting to test, email myself or GuruMuda Michael Pyndus to book a time.  Set aside at least an hour.  To earn practitioner status you will need to demonstrate your level requisite form from multiple angles.  You may be asked to demonstrate drills and exercises relating to said level, for example, the Kendang Triangle Footwork for the Test from Level 1 to Level 2.  Additionally, you will need to perform Kembanggan to music of your choosing.  If you are a Practice Leader and/or in the Guru Certification Course, you will be required to demonstrate applications with a partner, as well as play Sticky Hands with that partner.Testing is $100, and if you pass your rank certificate will be emailed to you.  To apply to test, please email myself of GuruMuda Michael at:

I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress!

Fond Greetings to KunTao Silat Practitioners around the World!

It is good to be home again. Rose has created a nice new home for us with DSL instead of Satellite so there is a good chance that I’ll be able to join the On-Line KTS Community as soon as I get my new office in order.

I’m pleased to see this new method of training instruction and interface and I’m looking forward with great anticipation to joining in the action.

God Bless all you who have made KunTao Silat your martial lifestyle!

    See you OnLine,
    Steve
